Agreements and policies

On application of scientific articles in our calls:

The article will be submitted exclusively in the
journal selected by the author (s). - Acceptance will depend on peer review in the times established by the call.
- The author will be responsible for evaluating whether the journal is correctly indexed in the corresponding database (scopus, WoS, Latindex, etc).
- The letters of acceptance or rejection will be distributed by The call papers but signed by the publisher of the journal.
- Any transaction, communication or payment is directly with The call papers.
- The Call Paper will streamline the processes of acceptance and publication of your scientific articles in front of the corresponding journals.
On the elaboration of scientific articles:
- The articles will be reviews of documentary analysis, state of the art, bibliometric analysis with updated data from scopus or web of sciences.
- The copyright will be the property of the proponent of the topic, not of The call papers.
- Similarity index below 20% is guaranteed as required by the academic community for scientific publications.
- Publication is guaranteed only in journals selected by The call papers.com
- The delivery time of the article is 2-3 weeks.


On integration of co-authors to the scientific articles of the platform:
- Researchers will be able to join the platform’s paper according to the call, quartile and number of authors.
- The acceptance and publication of the scientific article is guaranteed.
- The co-author will be responsible for verifying if the journal is indexed by Scopus / WoS.
- The call papers guarantee that the articles will be published in the selected journals and the correct links to them.
About indexing insurance in scopus / wos:
- Authors and co-authors may contract an indexing service in Scopus which is valid for up to 4 months.
- If the journal is discontinued from Scopus / WoS for any reason within 4 months of its effective publication, the insurance guarantees that it will be placed in a journal indexed by scopus / wos equivalent in quartile to the previous one.
